From Industrial to Residential: Rehlko Engines in Action Across Global Applications

Reggio Emilia, September 16, 2025 – Building on the momentum of the past two years, the Rehlko plant in Reggio Emilia once again opened its doors to the European press for the third edition of Demo Days, held on September 15-16. This year’s event brought together seven customers showcasing eight machines, including Argo Tractors, FIORI, Hiab, ROTAIR, TerraTec, Wacker Neuson and Walker, offering a comprehensive overview of real-world applications powered by Rehlko engines.

A key highlight of the 2025 edition was the dual presence of both diesel and gasoline machines, underlining the company’s ability to deliver versatile solutions across different markets and applications. For the first time, the event also hosted two zero-turn radius (ZTR) lawn mowers, offering attendees a firsthand look at a product category that represents one of Rehlko’s strongest markets in the United States.

The range of engines on display reflected this diversity: the proven KSD1403 and KDI 2504 diesel platforms; the 7000 Series KT722; and the Command PRO EFI engines (ECH730 and ECV940). Together, these platforms demonstrated Rehlko’s continued commitment to combining innovation, durability, and global market relevance.

The KSD series, in production since 2023 and widely adopted across multiple industries, continues to prove itself as a versatile platform designed to increase productivity, reduce total cost of ownership, and minimize downtime. Supported by Rehlko’s global service network, it ensures reliable after-sales assistance, with customers reporting 10% fuel savings in forklifts, improved load response in aerial platforms, robust performance in mini excavators, and superior adaptability in articulated loaders.
