Kohler Engines Endorses eFuel Alliance's Call for Global Expansion of e-Fuels adoption

Munich, September 4, 2023 – Kohler Engines announces its endorsement of the joint message of the eFuel Alliance, released at the first E-Fuels Conference organized by the German Federal Ministry for Digital and Transport, held on 4 September, 2023 in Munich, Germany.

The conference was a key platform for world leaders, including EU, G7 and transport ministers from various nations, as well as representatives from politics, international organizations, associations, business and science, representing about 70 countries. The main objective was to create a common knowledge base and elaborate synergies to accelerate the market entry of eFuels.

The eFuel Alliance took the opportunity provided by this important meeting to deliver a strong message to the ministers and media attending, outlining five key points that underscore the importance of promoting the development of eFuels on a global scale.

As a committed member of the e-Fuel Alliance, Kohler Engines has signed the joint communication. This membership reflects Kohler Engines' continued dedication to developing and promoting sustainable solutions in the field of engine technology. Thus, Kohler Engines is actively working on the development of internal combustion engine solutions capable of running on hydrogen-derived synthetic fuels.
